GOODYEAR BICYCLE TIRES LAUNCHES WRANGLER RANGE FOR MOUNTAIN BIKES

Goodyear Bicycle Tires has just launched the new Wrangler, the latest addition to the brand’s range of mountain bike tyres. The Wrangler tyre range is designed to perform especially well in dry and intermediate conditions and rocky terrains and is available in versions for Enduro and ElectricDrive.

These new tyres have been thoroughly tested both in the lab and in real-world scenarios and are designed to offer safe and reliable performance even in the most extreme environments. The Wrangler tyres complete the gravity range of Goodyear Bicycle Tires, alongside the well-established Newton model.

For the first time, Goodyear introduces the ElectricDrive concept with the Wrangler tyre, indicating the suitability of these tyres for electric bikes: a label that guarantees additional support and protection, enhancing grip and extending battery life.

“The Wrangler, along with the Newton, completes our gravity range and is designed for dry, intermediate, and rocky conditions,” says Bastien Donzé, Goodyear’s tyre product manager. “The development of the Wrangler involved multiple iterations, prototypes, and an extensive field testing programme across a wide range of conditions and trails worldwide. We have created a tyre that will ensure a better and safer ride.”
