XTREME PROTECTION

This double puncture system consists of a dense woven polyamide layer combined with a very elastic 3 mm rubber layer. The rubber layer forms directly under the tread the main barrier while the polyamide layer prevents sharp objects from penetrating the rim. The elasticity of the tire allows a low rolling resistance and a comfortable ride despite the thick anti-puncture layer. The XTREME PROTECTION technology is used in the Perfect 4 Seasons and the Perfect Xtreme.

SUPERIOR PROTECTION

Thanks to the elastic protective layer of 3 mm, the puncture is almost completely eliminated since sharp objects can not penetrate the tire. Even a piece of glass has no chance of causing any damage thanks to the specific rubber compound. The SUPERIOR PROTECTION range includes the Perfect E-power and Perfect Tour range.

DOUBLE PROTECTION

The woven polyamide layer, fully embedded in the center shell of the housing in combination with our SPL system (Sportex Protection Layer) ensures that the center panel and the sides are protected against punctures. Used in the Fortezza senso xtreme weather.

EXCELLENT PROTECTION

Woven polyamide layer that is embedded in the center of a very flexible housing. Used on almost all our road tires, such as the Fiammante and the Excellent line of the Tour / Trek / City range.

STANDARD PROTECTION

Strong rubber layer with a high level of penetration resistance installed directly below the tread. Used in the standard line of the Tour / Trek / City range, such as the Dynamic Tour.

BASIC PROTECTION

Integrated anti-puncture system. The composition of the tread material, combined with the center coating, offers sufficient protection against punctures. Used on all our MTB tires and on the basic line of the Tour / Trek / City range, such as the Retro tires.
